2024 Exhibition
1000 Hearts Installation
The Thousand Hearts Tree featured in the 51st Exhibition as an installation holding over 1000 hearts, handcrafted by the Riversdale Arts Committee & friends of Riversdale Arts.
The piece was inspired by the 1000 Heart Project, whose philosophy is to share hope, inspiration & kindness in times of adversity.
At the close of the exhibition, the hearts from the installation were donated to Hospice Southland, extending the meaningful gesture & foundation of the 1000 Hearts Project to a cause close to our community.
Silent Auction
A silent auction of works donated by Riversdale Arts Committee members, Wednesday Art Group attendants, & our 51st Exhibition Guest Artist - Linda Hannan, raised funds for local charitable group 'The Knattering Knitters'.
The charity's reach to the community extends far, donating knitted items to those in need, crafted by volunteers of the group.
